As will be reported in the printed Geyser in a few weeks, the Yellowstone Place Association has approved an amended and restated set of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
Twenty-three members returned signed consent forms by January 25th, expressing their approval. Thanks for supporting the revision of this important document!
Full copies of the new CC&Rs - and the Bylaws approved last June - have been distributed to the membership. Consistent with existing CC&R requirements, we will wait 60 days before filing the new document with the Register of Deeds at the Lawrence County courthouse.
If, by chance, you did not receive a copy or have misplaced it, please contact YPA Secretary Larry Miller at dakotamillers@rushmore.com (722-6018) for another copy.
